Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Reflectric (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Adrian Eberhardt (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Description of Service

Reflectric is a mindfulness and journaling application that helps you build a daily reflection habit. Core functionality includes:

• Morning and evening reflection prompts with mood tracking
• Optional gratitude, intention, priority, and task planning fields
• Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reflection templates
• Statistics, streak tracking, and export options (PDF/JSON)
• Optional photo attachments for reflections
• Cloud sync via iCloud (if enabled in the App settings)

3. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 16 or older. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Premium Purchase

Reflectric offers an optional one-time purchase (“Premium”) that unlocks uninterrupted usage and additional reflection templates. All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment details.

• Premium is linked to your Apple ID and can be restored on other Apple devices.
• All sales are final. Refunds are handled by Apple under its refund policy.
• We reserve the right to change the pricing or features included in Premium at any time.

5. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you record in the App. Please do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. You retain all rights to your reflections and media attachments. We do not access or share your entries unless you choose to export or sync them via Apple services.

6. Data Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we process it, and your rights. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described there.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, and software used in the App are the property of Adrian Eberhardt or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adrian Eberhardt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted within the App or on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
